Who We Are

When looking for ways to unwind from busy careers, Laura and Jonathan were drawn to connect with nature. What started out as an interest quickly expanded into larger gardens, beehives around the countryside, and creation of the Forest lab. The satisfaction of spinning honey and making nature derived products has become a passion they are excited to share with those looking to bring nature back into their daily routines too. 
As Central Elgin locals for over 10 years, they enjoy all things the area has to offer from exploring conservation areas with family to checking out the farmer's markets on the weekends.
