Our Creamed Raw Wildflower honey starts out as our raw liquid honey and is transformed into a silky smooth spread with just the right combination of starter and cool Autumn weather. It still has the same great taste of a raw wildflower honey but without the gooey drips of traditional liquid honey. Great for spreading on toast or stirring into tea.
Raw Wildflower
Our Raw Wildflower honey is strained without any heating or further processing. The colour range is light to medium golden and the flavour can vary based on time of year and floral source of the area. Raw honey can contain fine bits of pollen and beeswax which contribute to the great benefits of raw honey.
