Forest Edge is a micro apiary located in the heart of Elgin County's farmland and only 10 minutes drive from the city of St.Thomas. Our handful of hives are selectively placed throughout the countryside where abundant natural sources of pollen and nectar can be found while providing protection and security for the colony.  All of our bee yards are quiet and secluded without overcrowding.  Honey is only collected once the hive has plenty of stores to keep the colony healthy and strong throughout the fall to early spring months.
